Majid Al Futtaim’s six malls in Dubai, Mall of the Emirates and City Centres Deira, Mirdif, Me’aisem, Al Shindagha and My City Centre Al Barsha will raise the UAE flag in a unified show of patriotism and national pride to mark UAE Flag Day on November 2, 2017.

Driven by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, the Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, the initiative coincides with the accession anniversary of President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to the presidency of the country.
Mall of the Emirates and City Centres Deira, Mirdif, Me’aisem and Al Shindagha will raise the UAE flag on November 2 at 11am. Mall visitors will be offered complimentary flags and scarves in the colours of the flag to celebrate the joyous occasion, in addition to that Mall of the Emirates will be distributing chocolates to share great moments will all shoppers at the mall.
The mall’s social media pages will also join in the festivities, raising digital flags to spread the spirit.
The flags will remain up until the 46th UAE National Day on December 2nd.
